Do i need an electrical cert to sell my home. According to HIPPS NO. But as an electrician i would it recommended it before you buy a home.Because statistically more people are killed or injured in the home by FAULTY ELECTRICS than any other reason.

I was asked today by a customer about the wiring regulations, He asked " Why did the wiring regulations change from the 16th Edition wiring regulations to the 17th edition?"
